The rustic river front updated cabin has 300 feet of river frontage, fenced yard (except the riverfront). Rear deck has a hot tub, beautiful majestic view of the river. The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

This one bedroom unit, about 700sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 70 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. You will love the morning views and sunsets!

Whether you're a winter storm watcher, fisherman or surfer, our location is ideal.

Cozy beach house is located at 2022 State Route 105 in Grayland. The house is a 60 second drive to a beach access road with parking at the entrance. Fishing, surfing and clamming are all in close proximity. Nearby Westport also offers fun shops, fishing and beautiful views. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the hot tub or kick your feet up and relax.
