Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

Stay with us and hear the ocean sounds from your rooms. Our 5 Star apartment is a spacious, totally self contained private area with it's own side entrance attached to the main house. It is over 610 square feet with 4 separate rooms and French doors leading to our back garden with areas to relax. We are a short walk to the beach along Monterey Bay. By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between.

Miller Suite: Mid Century Modern in the Forest

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Living Room, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Suite

No Kitchen. Living room, 2 bedrooms and bath with shower/jacuzzi tub. Living room has 50" Smart TV, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs, leather sofa, recliner & ottoman, and ceiling fan. Bay window overlooks the green belt. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space, comfy queen beds, electric blankets with dual controls, lamps, ceiling fans, extra blankets & pillows.

Cabana (ca-ba-na);a private retreat next to a pool

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and lightly decorated. The crisp white bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Ohana with Private Outdoor Shower and Hot Tub

Permit #231458. For Outdoor Lovers. Big outdoor area with a private entrance to a cozy, small bedroom/bath, your own large outdoor private enclosed shower & outdoor kitchen area in a garden setting in Aptos, Seacliff area. It is a room with it's own entrance at the back of our house. Hot tub, sauna, fire pit, BBQ, organic garden. 15 min walk to beach thru an open meadow, secluded yet close to everything.
