It is fully self-contained and is modern, bright, and airy. The space also includes your own private deck with views to the glasshouse mountains. The studio has high speed WiFi and smart TV with access to any of your apps. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast facilities and access to a shared swimming pool.

Duckin two

Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :)

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. Just a 300m stroll to the beach / cafes / restaurants, and the well known "Alex Surf Club'. Leave your car safely parked in the driveway, and walk or bike to great surf breaks and everything Alex or Mooloolaba has to offer. This apartment is ideal for a small family or couples. It's the ideal location!

Just three streets from Coolum’s patrolled beach, you can swim, surf, or stroll the dog-friendly sand. Cafés and shops are close, so no car needed. This stay is about slowing down, not logging on. We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.
