Exquisitely renovated daylight ground floor space, overflowing with charm and all the amenities of home. This jungle oasis has two bright and airy bedrooms, bathroom and laundry closet, spacious living room for gathering and an efficiency kitchen, perfect for storing and heating up your leftovers from meals out at some of the best food Portland has to offer. Hundreds of local shops and delicious eateries are just a few blocks from this ideal jumping off point for an incredible Portland getaway!

Fully sanitized between guests. Take refuge in a sunlit lower unit in the Laurelhurst area of Portland, well situated to restaurants, stores, access to downtown, as well as Mt Hood. Unit was built from scratch in 2017, a NW Native habitat garden created in 2018, rain gardens/bioswales in 2019-2020. We're a yoga and meditation oriented house: quiet after 10 pm. I'm up between 5:30 & 6, you may hear chanting. Space is not intended for parties. Light use of alcohol only. BIPOC & LGBTQ friendly.

No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Sweet Hideaway is a little, cozy space for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful refuge in the trees, yet only a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.

And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. The neighborhood is very safe, and it's walkable to Montavilla, a GREAT pocket of local pub scene with Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area!

Hawthorne Heights, fam-friendly (no cleaning fee)

Family friendly, newly finished two-bedroom downstairs flat located a perfect walking distance between Mt. Tabor park and Hawthorne Boulevard shops. Enormous kitchen, laundry and bath in unit with private entrance and relaxing outside seating area. Windows in every room let in light during the day. Dimming led lighting throughout for relaxing evenings. Ceiling is double float drywall, great sound-proofing for a good night of sleep. No smoking in the unit and absolutely no pets, please.

The location is quiet yet right in the middle of two of the most desired locations, the Hawthorn and the Division street. There are cafes, coffee shops, cider houses, bars, shops, restaurants, grocery stores all within walking distance or bus. There are 3 bus routes close by and street parking is never an issue. The Kitchenette is very well stocked with most things you'd need.
