Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Get cozy by the gas fireplace with a book from our little library, work on your laptop in the desk nook or make an outdoor fire + star-gaze on the patio. Enjoy the mid-century furnishings, the nice sheets + towels and be sure to write a letter - letterpress cards + stamps are for your use. Quiet neighborhood with good coffee (Bison!), steps from breakfast (Beeswing), and near Beaumont Village (Pip's Donuts!). Only 10 mins to airport!

No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.
