THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Located across the road from a quiet pub it is a perfect for walking & cycling, taking advantage of the network of footpaths across farm land linking to the Paston Way & The Coastal Path. A couple of miles from the village of Mundesley with its Blue Flag sandy beach , pub & local food shops. The Victorian Seaside towns of Cromer & Sheringham are close by as are The Norfolk Broads, Norwich, Wells & Holkham.

Mundesley is a great location for exploring Norwich and the Broads to the south, and the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham to the west. For anyone interested in wildlife deer and hares can often be seen in the fields opposite the barn.
