Other than outside, there is no contact with other people (hosts, other guests, etc) possible unless the guest allows such. The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.
