The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in one of Nashville's most popular east side neighborhoods, Lockeland Springs. Located in the heart of East Nashville, our spacious basement apartment is a true owner occupied space. Built in 1905, we have lived in this house for the past 20 years. We are a few blocks away from great spots like Lipstick Lounge, Lockeland Table, 5 Points and Urban Cowboy. Located 2 miles from Broadway, you'll be a 10-15 minute ride away from all the major attractions!

We recently finished the renovation of our house, which includes a cute, cozy one bedroom guest suite. Guests will have access to their own private entrance via their own 16 x 24 foot deck. The suite includes a bedroom with blackout curtains, a sound machine, bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave), dining table and a living space with a couch, reading nook and TV.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.
