A licensed clean cozy convenient micro studio + private bathroom and entrance - easy self check-in, free parking, full-sized bed (54" x 75", fits a solo or slim duo), near downtown, VIU, schools, hospital, sports arenas, ferries, 4 bus routes nearby, embraced by beautiful parks and trails, pretty mountain view. drive 5 mins or walk 20 mins to downtown/waterfront/VIU, drive 10 mins to Departure Bay. Tip: book multiple nights to save on cleaning, as it is charged once per booking.

Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves lapping on the rocks, the sunrise mirrored across the water. Take your coffee out onto the private oceanfront patio where you can lounge in the hammock. Kayaking around Departure Bay is easy as the kayaks are kept just above the high tide mark, grab life jackets and paddles from the yoga room and you’re good to go. Later you can relax in the hot tub. All this 10 minutes from the shops and cafes of Nanaimo.
