Downstairs has a family room w/ a wall-mounted TV, a bunk-bed room & a half bathroom. The main deck offers a BBQ w/ outside deck furniture. Sylvan Ray offers a NEMA 14-50 EV outlet (bring your own EVSE)

Sea Forest Retreat - Little coastal house

Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.
