Spruce Tops is a single family cottage, situated near the mouth of New Harbor. You can hear the ocean waves and the bell buoy. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.
