It served as the meeting space for the local volunteer firemen from 1905-1995. Ample parking available behind the building. This 2nd level apartment is accessed through a covered staircase. Enjoy access to everything from this central location - quick jot into Boothbay Harbor or East Boothbay. Only a 3 minute drive to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.

Just a short walk to Shaw's Wharf and the Hardy Boat, a five minute drive to the grocery store, less than a ten minute drive to Pemaquid Beach, and a twenty minute drive to the charming town of Damariscotta. Enjoy the sounds of splashing waves and lobster boats as you sit on the wrap-around porch of our treehouse oasis.

Spruce Tops Cottage

Spruce Tops is a single family cottage, situated near the mouth of New Harbor. You can hear the ocean waves and the bell buoy. Enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch watching the boats coming and going. A well equipped kitchen has an island eating area, the comfy living room has a ceiling fan, as does the master bedroom, with a queen bed and french doors to the fully screened in porch. Bathroom equipped with shower. Owners located across street if needed.

This cabin has a new bathroom and updated kitchen as of August 2025.
