Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our vegetable/herb garden, a log cabin build in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

Located in the far corner of Montgomery county, near Berks, Lehigh, and bucks county you will find our converted hayloft guesthouse above our barn and farm store. From the guesthouse you have beautiful views of the pastures which keep our cows, horses, and sheep as well as views of the tallest point in Montgomery county - “Mill Hill”. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
