The Carriage is set on tracks where the original line ran through Ullock on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, with the river Marron running below. Bluebell is a lovingly converted classic Mercedes 814 oak horsebox. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our wildflower meadow. Cosy woodburner inside or sit around the firepit outside. There is solar power and usb sockets, but no mains power or wifi. The shower and compost loo are nearby. We provide a cool box with, tea bags, fresh coffee, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. 15 minutes from Zipworld. Walk or bike straight into the mountains. Farm shop and cafe a 20 minute walk through fields and woods.
