This brand new 2 bedroom guest home is perched at the top of the Escondido hill in the gated community of Rancho Villa Real. The living room and covered porch hang out in the tops of the trees overlooking stunning ocean and jungle views. Monkeys, birds and other wildlife are often seen inhabiting the surrounding tropical trees. The guesthouse has a very private entrance giving it a separate feel from the rest of the property. Guests will enjoy access to the Rancho Villa Real community pool.

Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.
