1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Lovely walks start right from your doorstep. Occupies the 1st and 2nd floors. No parties I’m afraid as it’s a quiet area.

Cruck Cottage Shepherds Huts - Woodside Hut

This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. Come, stay, relax and enjoy emersing yourself in the dale. We can't wait to welcome you and help you make your stay special.

The Hayloft - Luxury Bolthole

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Fern Cottage - Cosy Dales cottage in Nidderdale

Accommodating 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, it's an ideal location for families, couples or friends with a south facing patio and log burner for the colder months. Well behaved dogs are welcome too! There's plenty to do, with walking and cycling on the door step and outdoor activities at How Stean Gorge and Studfold Farm. For day trips, Harrogate, York and Leeds are within easy reach as well as The Forbidden Corner, the Lightwater Valley Theme park and Masham with its brewery heritage.

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

We also allow up to 2 pets.
