Boasting a bright living space with skylights and an outdoor living space, this is the ideal choice for families, friends, and couples! When you're not splashing in the lake, check out the local golf courses and unique downtown shopping in nearby Park Rapids, MN. Note: the dock will be out of the water on or before October 15th till ice off in the spring

Private Cottage w/Queen Bed + Lakes, golfing, etc.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Come enjoy the newly renovated peaceful and centrally-located property in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful south shore of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace.

Enjoy the beautiful sunset from your porch as you relax & sip your favorite beverage. This 2 level cabin is just steps from the waters edge & is part of the Whitefish Chain in Crosslake. It is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Crosslake has to offer. On the water, to take advantage of swimming, boating, fishing & water sports & just 5 minutes from town to enjoy golfing, tennis or shopping. Located within 1/2 mile are restaurants, bike trails, paddle boarding & boat rentals.

Quaint modern cabin set in private woodland

Escape into the forest at the Ursa Minor cabin. Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Welcome to Birch lake! Come rest & recharge at the cabin that features a perfect mix of the woods & the lake. The cabin has lake views and access. Whether you want to swim, fish, boat, or just escape the city life, this cabin is the perfect spot to recharge & get away. The cabin features 2 bedrooms inside, with a small bunkhouse right outside for additional guests/kids. There is a dock slip for you to keep your boat. The cabin has everything you need for a getaway up north!

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Hazel House on the Mississippi

Keep it simple at this peaceful cabin in the woods; located on a backwater bay of the great Mississippi River. Located just 10-20 minutes from everything, it's a perfect getaway for an outdoorsy couple or small family. Be sure to bring your boat, you wouldn't want to miss exploring the river for 20+ miles.
