Our little house is situated on an acre & a half of land surrounded by wetlands and woods yet minutes from local colleges and amenities. Enjoy the beautiful night sky while relaxing by the fire pit. Or take in the woodland view from your deck with your morning coffee and yoga workout (mat provided). Deer, turkeys, bunnies, & many native birds are regular visitors. Our western exposure provides afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. This property has ample parking. A Co-Host lives on the property and can assist. We respect your privacy and ensure your exclusive use of the house, the beach and the property overall. Primary renter 25 years or older. Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm.

Guests will be provided with one off-street parking space, private entry, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, free wifi, coffee, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate (no full size stove), and patio with pergola.

Help feed (if you wish) the horses and ponies and see the chickens. Enjoy the serene views and take in a sunrise or sunset or the stunning evening stars and moon on the back patio, stroll around the farm and hike our 1 mile nature walk. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are right in the city but you'll feel miles away. This two level guest home is surrounded by nature and very relaxing. Two bedrooms and two baths. Two king sized beds. One full bath with oversized tub downstairs. Upstairs bath with standing shower. Full kitchen and coffee and tea. Hot tub is included and available for use until late October. Pool is a separate rental and closed for the season.
