Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. Log Burner (logs provided), UNLIMITED WiFi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Air Fryer, Microwave, TV, PlayStation provided. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

The Old Stable, between Bath and Bristol

Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

We like to keep things simple and ensure your stay is enjoyable, calm and at your own pace - essentially an easy stay that keeps all in the family happy. Our Lodge is spacious, perfect for families has a Gym with a shower area, a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge, Sky Q and WiFi. Upstairs we have an area in the main bedroom with an Xbox S (digital version) for the gamers!

Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Comfortable cosy flat near Bath and Bristol

The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv with Netflix/Amazon prime/sports channels.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.
