Ideal base for exploring Dorset coast and country

The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

A quiet, beautiful location, ideal for walking, cycling and touring, 40 minutes from the Jurassic coast. Two guests can be accommodated - a private sitting room is available. Great Coombe sleeps 9 & enjoys glorious views over the surrounding Dorset countryside. Sit on the patio/balcony & watch the wildlife without leaving the cottage. It has a large sitting/dining room, fibre wi-fi, a downstairs bedroom & ensuite wet room (+ pull out bed/cot for 9th guest, available on request). Upstairs are 2 double & a twin bedroom. You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming studio in Swanage. The Studio is a detached space with a kitchenette and an en-suite shower room. There is also an outside space to sit and relax. Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Checkin 3pm checkout 10am.

The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.
