Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Little Bengate Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub. The cottage also benefits from a new Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage and can be booked for private use.

Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
