You’ll find yourselves less than 3 miles from the stadium, less than 2 miles from downtown Northport (perfect for an afternoon walk) and just 2 miles from a beautiful park, River Walk.

This home is located in the NPort historic district, a short 1-2 block walk to Billy’s, City Cafe, Mark’s Mart, and the selfie-famous Roll Tide Bridge & 2.5 mi. to UA campus & .5 mi. to Kentuck. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please be courteous to our fabulous neighbors. No parties! Must be quiet no later than 9:00 pm. We would love to host you.
