The Woodland Hive and Forest Spa

The Woodland Hive is a four-season geodesic glamping dome and outdoor Nordic spa located in a private getaway surrounded by forest on a hobby farm and apiary. The space has an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, chiminea and yard. Included is a forest spa experience. Soak all of your stress away in the cedar hot tub and relax in the cedar wood-fired sauna. It’s a perfect escape outside of the city, but still close to several attractions along the Fundy coast. Magical place any time of year!

Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

Farmstay Yurt

A simple cozy accommodation on an 30 acre off grid farm in Blockhouse. We are a walk from a large trail system where you can easily walk to the local organic cafe: Chicory Blue for a wholesome breakfast or lunch. This 20'' yurt is set right next to a flowing creek with its own modest kitchenette including small propane oven and a solar fridge. The farm is home to 1 horse, pony, 10 sheep, 2 peacocks, Angora bunnies, chickens, kunekune pigs, goats and a large greenhouse and vegetable garden.

East Coast Hideaway - Glamping Dome

At East Coast Hideaway, we want you to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The perfect escape from the city but still not far from restaurants and attractions. Come enjoy our private stargazer dome surrounded by beautiful maple trees, located on our 30 acres property. We are open all year round. The getaway is made for 2 adults. You will have your own fully equipped kitchenette, 3 pcs bathroom, wood fired hot tub, private screened in gazebo, sauna, fire pit and more! ATV & Snowmobile friendly!

Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.
