De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

Toulas Apartments

The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

Λευκάδα Νικιάνα - Σπίτι με θέα

Στη μαγευτική τοποθεσία της Νικιάνας,που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα βρίσκεται η εξοχική κατοικία,με υπέροχη θέα του Ιονίου πελάγους που ξεκουράζει το μάτι και ηρεμεί την ψυχή.Έχει πρόσβαση σε μικρή παραλία,ενώ από τις παραλίες της γύρω περιοχής απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά.Απέχει 5χλμ από το Νυδρί και11χλμ από τη Λευκάδα.
