This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

Timoney Lake Cottage

The cottage was built in 2017 with full Amish construction. It is located on Timoney Lake in Oakfield, ME, in the heart of Amish country. The cottage comes with a 16 foot dock with a canoe and two kayaks. Swimming is available, but silty bottom directly in front of cottage. We recommend swimming off a boat in deeper water. This cottage provides great fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and hiking. Enjoy the outdoors with all of the amenities of home! We are 100% pet friendly!

Remote Off Grid Cabin on River Westside

Retreat in the woods. Remote and fully equipped solar powered cabin in the woods with 1 mile river frontage on E Branch Mattawamkeag on 700 acres. Full kitchen and fresh linens, Indoor shower and b/r. Starlink Wifi. Regroup, unplug and voyage. Hike along the river or the woods. Fire pit. Barbecue. 2 twin beds and rockers overlooking the river. Included with the camp is a paddle board, paddle boat and a kayak!! Many trails nearby for hiking and exploring. Direct access route for days of atving adventures! Camp Spaulding is 5 minutes off the highway! Rustic Maine Camp with all the sweet comforts of home.

Maine Lake Cabin

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.

Apple Tree Cottage Tiny Home

Come and see what Tiny Home living is all about! This cute little cottage is nestled along a big apple tree. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!

Walkout Suite is situated less than 5 minutes from Trans Canada Highway and Hwy 95 to the USA. Suite has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
