Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! 🎅

Genieße ein paar schöne Tage in unserer zentralen Unterkunft in Haidhausen, die nur Dir gehören wird 🙂🪴 Das Oktoberfest erreicht man in 15 Minuten 🎡 Vom Hauptbahnhof ist man in 15 Minuten am Karl-Preis Platz, die Haltestelle vor unserer Haustür!🏡 Die Innenstadt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, entweder über einen Spaziergang oder mit der Bahn 🚃 In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 🍱 All das wird näher in unserer Begrüßungsnachricht beschreiben! ❤️

Gemütliches Appartement in perfekter Lage

Herzlich Willkommen, wir freuen uns auf euch! Ein kleines Stück "Zuhause" wartet auf euch. Das App. hat separaten Eingang, Küche, Bad mit Dusche:WC, kleiner Terrasse. Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

The flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment building and covers approximately 50 m2. It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, cooffee machine and a kettle. Non-Smoking-Apartment

Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.
