Upstairs comprises three bedrooms: two king-size beds and two single beds, one bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a secluded, walled south-facing garden to the front.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Enjoy easy access to everything Sherborne has to offer from this perfectly located home base. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan in to the living area where there is a smart tv and a sofa bed which pulls out to a full sized double bed. Glazed doors open in to the bedroom where there is a double bed and access to the ensuite shower room (access from the sofa bed is through the bedroom). Sliding patio doors open from the bedroom to a small patio area and an enclosed lawned garden.

Cheap Street is partly pedestrianised but there are several car parks just a 5 min walk away and the train station is also a 5-10 min walk.

The accommodation is newly remodelled and provides all facilities for short or extended stays in lovely rural Dorset. The grounds to Dyke Head are surrounded by woodland and apple orchards and there are many walks from the house. We are an hour by car to the Jurassic Coast.
