North OC- short walk 2 beaches and park

Welcome to our Northside Condo in Ocean City, Maryland fully stocked kitchen and full sized appliances. In the living room flat screen smart tv. The condo is located on the 3rd floor. it is a short 1.5 block to the beach. the condo also has a shared pool on the property. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Right next to beautiful Northside park be sure to check out the park’s walking path & fishing pier

Within easy walking distance to several amazing Bars/ restaurants and 2 short blocks to the beach/boardwalk just a five minute walk. Next to Jolly Roger Amusement/Waterpark. You can truly just park your car and forget about it! Ocean view from front deck. Foot shower across from elevator to wash sand off.

VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!
