Sea bliss is a brand new studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. Sea bliss has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf shop, shops, bar/ restaurant, and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect!

Above It All...Apt Overlooking Ocracoke's Harbor

Cozy two bedroom upstairs apartment located in the heart of the village. This apartment is located above Ride The Wind Surf Shop and overlooks the harbor. Close to everything, yet private. There's a full kitchen with all the amenities. Separate dining and living spaces. Two bedrooms with King Beds. Only one bathroom, but split with a sink/toilet in one part and shower/tub/sink in another. Wifi and Smart TV. There's a cupola upstairs with wet bar to enjoy your evening sunsets.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

The views of the sky at night are remarkable. Fenced in rear yard with outdoor shower and outside sink prep area. The upper level has the great room with soaring ceilings, large living space with cozy furniture, half bathroom, card/game table, bonus room could be used as fourth bedroom with sofa-bed.

The shared swimming pool is 14' x 28' (available from mid April -mid October from dawn to dusk for registered renters of the Cabanas) creating a haven for rejuvenation and tranquility. Bingo! This is it! The closest cottage in terms of driving to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Cape Point, and the jetties on Hatteras Island. This cottage is bordered by Cape Hatteras National Seashore with all the abundant wildlife you would expect and a nice level yard with gobs of privacy.
