The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Relaxing retreat on 16 acres of woods , minutes from shopping, restaurants, Lake Monroe and the I.U. stadium--a 13 minute drive for basketball and football fans. The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.

Rossburg Tavern (1800’s)

This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. The house sits on one acre of land surrounded by farmland, so you'll have opportunity to relax by a campfire, enjoy the unique architecture of the house, or explore the wide variety of entertainment options all within 20 minutes of the house.

Enjoy the craftsman woodwork throughout, including a gas fireplace, fully appointed kitchen and cozy loft. In warmer months, the outdoor gazebo is perfect for morning coffee or a picnic.
