At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Katie's Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

This cozy little cottage used to be our Grandmothers art studio! We upcycled the little building into a place for guests to come relax on the ranch!
