It consists of a ground floor, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, a kitchen open to the living room, as well as a patio. On the 1st floor. a large terrace with a summer kitchen equipped with a BBQ will allow you to have lunch in the sun or read a book on the deck chairs.
