Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Bei schlechtem Wetter, können Sie auf unsere Streaming-Dienste zurückgreifen oder einen unserer Geheimtipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung in Angriff nehmen. Das Stadtzentrum von Biograd ist mit einem Spaziergang schnell erreichbar.

Villa Kovaceva is the perfect house for a dream vacation. The house is located on the southern side of the island Pasman with a wonderful view of the National Park Kornati. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.

Enjoy complete peace in our off-grid Robinson house directly by the sea on Pašman. Accommodating up to four guests, it offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace with a barbecue and sea views. Swim in front of the house or dock your own or rented boat at the private jetty. The house is also accessible by car. Please note: tap water is not drinkable. There is no Wi-Fi, allowing you to truly switch off, but LTE reception is available. Ideal for nature lovers and boaters.
