This private accessory unit is attached to our historic brick house, built in 1820. It's ~15 minutes to Hanover NH, and provides all the essentials—including coffee, laundry, air conditioning, and reliable internet. Surrounded by green spaces, from the meadow in the backyard to the community garden across the street, it's still close to area attractions. We are on a state route, three minutes to the interstate (I-91). You can walk to trails and a covered bridge over a waterfall.

This guest suite is the perfect place to crash at after a long hike or ski day. It's close enough to the amenities of the upper valley (25min) while still being close enough to Killington (40min) or other smaller local mountains. Not to mention being close to South Royalton, which has some stellar food (Worthy Burger), coffee (First Branch), and beer (Upper Pass). This place is very conveniently located near an I-89 exit yet still has the beautiful ruralness that VT can offer.

This one bedroom one bath space is a perfect space for two to spread out. Come in the split level front door and head downstairs! The basement is yours for your stay. It contains a sitting area with pull out couch and smart tv and a kitchenette area where you are able to make coffee, store and heat your food and prepare a small meal. We are just off the Norwich university trails - perfect for mountain biking or hiking and across from campus if you are visiting the school.

The Nest Studio

Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property

Valley View Escape

Our split level, has basic mini fridge, for cooking: microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea pot, and grill outside. Our finished basement guest suite is on a country road, 4 miles from Interstate 89. 4 miles from MacDonalds 2miles from two country stores 6 miles from regional hospital Grazing cattle, and horses nearby. Working 600 acre farm borders our property. Silloway Maple Sugarhouse within walking or bicycling distance.
