Our little cosy retreat is across the road from the reserve hosting scenic bike tracks and a short stroll to the beach.

45-60 mins north from the airport in a stunning beachside town Ōrewa. A fully equipped attached unit, private from the Home- Just a 4 minute walk to a private bay of Hatfields beach, or 10 minutes walk to the ever popular orewa beach for swims. A spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with views of the ocean. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, a queen bed with an additional double studio bed option to pull down in the spacious lounge. Suitable for up to 4/small family.

Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

When location counts this stylish large apartment with Beach across the road ticks all the boxes. Very private and quiet location with only the sound of the surf and birds. Orewa town centre, Silverdale Shopping Mall and many great beaches and regional parks in very close proximity. There is plenty of Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within minutes for your convenience. Paddle boards available on request. Secure off street parking.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Luxury private apartment, with spectacular sea views and space to unwind and relax. Your top floor, provides 96 sq m of quality, comfort, privacy and security. The suite is separate from our living area, with your own private entrance. Walking distance to beach, shops, supermarket, and range of restaurants and cafes. Maximum guests; 2 adults . Not suitable for children of any age.

Set close to Orewa beach, the accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and a patio provides free private parking. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to Body Corporate rules.
