I just remodeled the 1450sq' house making it handicap accessible. The entry and all main floor doors are 36" in width. There is a ramp leading to the front deck for easier access. One bathroom has a 5' shower stall with grab rails. This is the perfect place to relax and sit around the campfire, but also with the perks of high speed internet. The small town of Fairview is only two miles away to stock up on supplies. We are also close to the AuSable river for tubing or fishing, golf courses, and Hoist Lake foot trails. All dirt bikes and all ORV vehicles must trailer in and out and not be driven on the property!
