Our 10 year old home has four bedrooms three baths, theater room, gas fireplace, bar outdoor fire pit, open concept kitchen, nestled in a mountain landscape. Beautiful private beach with a playground, picnic area and boat launch only a short walk away. Tennis courts and a basketball court centrally located within the community. Boat rentals available on the lake. Multiple ski areas close by. Easy access to local and state snowmobile trails and the lake for ice fishing right out of the driveway.

Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Private Cabin and Private Beach = A great get-a-way! The home is stocked with all the things you need, it’s just waiting for you. Downstairs Bedroom has Queen Bed and separate twin bed if needed. Downstairs has a full bath. 1st floor has stacked twin beds and upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, plenty of room and a 1/2 bath. A great place to have tons of fun, close to everything! Near North Conway & there’s plenty to do. Everything is just 5 to 25 minutes away.

Kirkland Cottage (2 minutes from Ossipee Lake)

Welcome to Kirkland Cottage - great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! We’re a two minute drive from Ossipee Lake and right near the White Mountains, so you can explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails. We are only an hour from Portland and Portsmouth. Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.
