Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Nestled on 17 acres and backed by 400 acres of Ossipee Forest just off Lake Ossipee, this cabin is perfect for a quiet retreat or a home base for all the splendor NH has to offer. Sit by the fire with your favorite book and beverage or cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. The wrap around screened in porch is a great place to enjoy company or stare off into the woods looking for wildlife to wander by. No matter the season this cabin is close to all your favorite outdoor activities.

Log Cabin on the River w/ Private Hot Tub

This log cabin tiny home is located right in Campton Village. It is clean, and very bright and cheery thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the Mad River. Includes a SMALL kitchenette (not recommended for those serious about cooking nightly feasts) and a locked outdoor storage space for skis and outdoor equipment. Small 2-person hot tub. WiFi. Level 2 EV charger on site (extra fees apply). 5 min walk from a craft brewhouse, grocery store, a vintage arcade and candy store.

Clean, quaint studio apartment on small farm

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The guest house is located on 40 acres of wilderness with mountain views, and walking trails on the property. Just two miles from Stone Mountain Arts Center, 15 minutes from Fryeburg village, and only 25 minutes to neighboring North Conway, NH. A great retreat for all seasons. TV, High-Speed Internet, AC, Heat, Ceiling Fans, New Construction.

Studio, pet friendly, river views, Jackson NH

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly but only one dog allowed. Please give us dog info- breed, size. Always have your dog on a leash even in our yard.

Kirkland Cottage (A ski and lake escape)

Welcome to Kirkland Cottage! Located a two minute drive from Ossipee Lake and near the White Mountains, we are a great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! Explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails, while being just an hour from Portland and Portsmouth. Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.

CloverCroft - "Far from the madding crowd."

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
