Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
