There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

There are 3 stories, 5 bedrooms 4-1/2 bathrooms, and 2 spacious living rooms. The house sits on a lake, and the back deck gives you a beautiful view of it. The backyard is completely fenced-in and contains a working waterfall.

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
