Pine Cone-1957 Vintage RV-18 to Hot Springs-Unplug

Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Cool Ridge Cabin

Enjoy the peace of this cozy cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, dishes and serving utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender. We supply coffee etc., salt, pepper. Bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and soaps. The beds are made with fresh linens. The covered deck faces the woods where you can enjoy the sound of the river. Cook out on the grill and enjoy a fire in the firepit. Wash your treasures on the outside table.

A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
