The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. The Opononi Oasis is a newly renovated 2-bedroom holiday home. Facing north you will have uninterrupted views of the Hokianga Harbour and sand dunes. Suitable for up to 4 people with two queen beds. Linen and towels are provided and fibre has just been installed. It is a place to completely unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy all that Northland has to offer. This home has been in the family for 26 years and is to be enjoyed and respected. No pets allowed.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
