Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents! Half mile to Geneva's vibrant downtown with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars (10 minute walk, 2 minute drive). 1 mile to gorgeous Seneca Lake, walking trails and Finger Lakes Welcome Center.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

We love that it provides a simple escape from everyday life. When you walk in you are instantly welcomed by large windows in the living room giving you full lake views. The open, quaint setting of this cottage allows you to reconnect with your family and friends. The home has waterfront access to Owasco Lake.
