A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

The Fold is a brand new 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom stable conversion situated on a working farm. Located in an excellent location for visiting the surrounding Cotswold villages. The Fold has original features such as exposed stonework & oak timber beams accompanied by Modern features such as underfloor heating, wifi and wine fridge. There is also a log burner for cosy winter nights. The nearest train station is Moreton-in-Marsh with direct trains to London. Disabled access with walk in shower.

Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Nestled in rolling Cotswold countryside with uninterrupted views just a stone's throw from the ancient village of Shipton under Wychwood. An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
