The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

It has been our family retreat for 40 years and we now welcome you to make your own memories in one of the most scenic places on the Oregon coast! The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a fold out couch. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances. Coffee is provided for guests. Washer & dryer in cottage.

This compact cottage has been meticulously decorated with a retro feel. The cottage provides a quiet place to sit back, relax and enjoy Pacific City with friends, family, and those with four legs. The main house has two bedrooms with double beds. The Compass Rose room is detached and featuring a king-sized bed and a half bath. The main bathroom has been completely renovated. The view is sunset ready. We respect our neighbors and community and follow the Airbnb no party policy.

The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

Lil Nantucket by the Sea

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
