Relax and soak in the views at this Columbia Riverfront getaway! The Chinook house is a renovated 100-year-old home tucked among the trees, with views of passing marine traffic, and it shares beach access with the neighboring Coho cabin. We can’t wait to welcome you to our favorite beach escape. Perfect for couples, great for a small family.

Pacific Alder Beach Cabin

Cozy 2BR, 1BA cabin with queen beds plus a futon (sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 max). 1/4 mile to the beach and downtown Long Beach. Enjoy a large yard, covered porch with propane fire pit, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. Pacific Alder is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat® with deer, a wood duck house, and a small honeybee apiary tucked away south of the garage, supporting local pollinators and native wildlife. Yard games availabel in the garage, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVDs and books.

Our cabin is on a quiet country road. While nestled in the trees, the cabin sits on a bluff and offers amazing views of the Columbia. It is 45 min. from Astoria, and 60 min. from Long Beach. Sit on the porch and watch river traffic, eagles and deer. Build a fire, in the fireplace, or the firepit. play games or read. Relax on the porch with a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of wine and enjoy the stunning view of the river and the wildlife.
