The studio is located in Marathonas, 5km (3miles) from the port of Aegina and only 10min walk to the two beaches of Marathonas, a mini market & seaside cafes & restaurants. The studio has its own independent entrance, free parking on the premises and a beautiful yard. This is an ideal place to enjoy quiet holidays & rest just by looking at the sea and the breathtaking sunset!

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Studio Rhodi is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects, it is decorated with works of the painter and various design objects by the Zoumboulakis Galleries of Athens. It has its private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.

A nice family apartment with two big bedrooms with sea view, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and two balconies, one with sea view and the other with view to the garden, in front of the sandy beach and the sea of Marathonas village. In a nice garden with flowers and pistachio trees.The apartments is about 55 sq.m. and it is perfect for families ( 2 adults and 2-3 children), couples or friends ( 4 adults).

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
