My Happy Place!

Comfortable, homey, relaxing, Florida vacation home. It's on a canal where you can bring your boat. We have a 20 foot floating dock. Fishing and swimming off the dock are a great pass time. A five minute ride by boat, to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We have 1 canoe & 3 kayaks, for you to check out the canals, the island and sand bar just past the main canal. Close to all stores, places to eat, and many county and state parks. At night relax on the porch and watch the fish swim.

This cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1935, Hemingway style cottage is close to historic New Port Richey, Florida. Our house is renovated with modern equipment and comfortably furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and WiFi. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. Both bedrooms have “queen” beds. Washing machine & dryer are in the Florida room, where you can also sit comfortably at a table with 6 chairs. The garden is fenced and there is parking for cars and boats.
