Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. Chameleon: 2 room cabin, NO running water and no toilet facilities in the casita, sleeps 4, 5 max. 2 double beds in the bedroom, & daybed for an extra person. Cooking Hot plate & electric appliances. Open deck on the Pecos River w/outdoor fireplace unless Fireban in place. Community bathhouse with toilets & showers, 300 feet from Chameleon. Other rentals on property, another rustic casita is in close proximity. Pergola screen is up. Road noise is heard, especially during peak travel times.
