Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Perfect for a quiet, restful weekend or for those explorers with an adventurous spirit!

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Oakford Family Farm Stay

Come unwind and interact with nature. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath house on a 5 acre farm, located in Oakford (25 mins from Perth city). Enjoy the tranquility of rurality but the convenience of being close to shops and amenities. Come hand feed the alpacas, sheep, chickens and ducks. Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. Let your kids connect and enjoy nature.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Welcome to Grevillea Cottage, a cosy holiday retreat located only 5 minutes from the centre of Dwellingup. The cottage sleeps eight people, making it an ideal getaway for two families or a group of friends. PRICING Base rate $195-250/night (for up to 6 guests), $20 extra per additional guest (up to 8 guests) plus Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay, plus Airbnb Service Fee (calculated on booking)

Palm Retreat

A renovated self-contained guest suite for singles, couples or small families. Only 900 metres walk or 2 min drive to the beautiful, peaceful Warnbro beach. Guests can share use of our 60,000-litre palm-fringed pool and outside dining area. Suite has a private entrance and comprises of living room, dining room/kitchenette, bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

As this flat is attached to our family home no parties or gatherings are permitted.

A spacious cottage located directly opposite the forest. It has a beautiful native garden with a relaxed country vibe. A short walk to town and many tracks to explore across the road. This is a great space to get away, relax and unwind. Enjoy the view from the front verandah or relax in front of the log fire.
