Sonka Resort’s Mirror Houses are set by a frozen lake, surrounded by forest and open sky. Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. Igloo saunas and hot tubs are available to book. A quiet Lapland escape under the northern lights.

10/2024 valmistunut hirsihuvila Tornionjoen yksityisellä rannalla. Parvekkeelta ja terassilta upea ja idyllinen jokinäkymä Ruotsin puolelle. Täällä majoitut rauhassa isommallakin porukalla. Hiihtoladut alkavat vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Ylläs ja Rovaniemi noin 100 km päässä. Lähimpään kauppaan reilu 6 km matkaa. A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Veden äärellä sijaitseva mökki, jossa kesästä voi nauttia monin eri tavoin. Kaksikerroksinen hirsimökki sijaitsee Lankojärven rannalla. Mökissä on viihtyisä tupa, takka ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö nurkkaus. Yläkerrassa vuoteet ja upeat näköalat. Vieraamme ovat nauttineet puulämmitteisestä saunasta ja uimisesta, suppailusta ja järvellä veneellä soutelusta. Rannassa myös oma laavu, jossa voit illalla tulistella ja ihailla upeaa aurigonlaskua ja valmistaa vaikkapa i ruokaa.

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
