This is our family vacation home and we are happy to share it with you! This is a three level townhouse located directly on the beach. No need to cross busy streets. Walk out the front door and you’re at the beach. It really is that simple. This is not a high rise with elevators and 100’s of units and visitors. This is a simple vacation home with a private beach. The private beach is shared with only owners and guests of 6 units, that’s all. The experience is that of simple tranquility.

This is also a TOP floor unit so you will not hear people walking around above you and has all the amenities you left back home to enjoy every minute! There are outdoor tables and chairs with grills available.
